    Ray's office is completely computerized, from the moment he takes your order until you receive a detailed appraisal report. At any point in the appraisal process Ray can give you an up to date status report on each assignment. He prides himself on delivering, efficient, personalized quality service. It his policy to turn all Appraisal assignments around within 10 business days. Ray notifies each client of any delay that might prevent him from meeting a deadline. If you so desire he will fax you or email appraisal reports. If and when you have special needs he will do his best to accommodate them. Ray has over twenty-five years of Real Estate Appraisal experience in New York -- specifically Ulster, Greene, Columbia, Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland and Sullivan Counties.

• Random Auditor for various Government Insurance Funds.
