This is the first Prevention/Intervention teen initiated program in Ulster County through adult guidance. It is aimed at giving middle school youth alternate activitiesprovided by trained High School students to promote prosocial skills with a special focus on tolerance skills,during recreational activities

2011 UPDATES May 2011 Marched in the Memorial Day Parade July 2011 Marched in the Kingston Childrens Day ParadeSeptember 13, 2011 Teen Executive Committee was formed September 24, 2011 Car Wash 2010 UPDATES May 2010 Marched in the Memorial Day Parade July 9, 2010 Marched in the Kingston Childrens Day Parade October 9, 2010 - Training for new Mentors November 7, 2010 - Mentors and Middle School Annual Event Michael Pauls Corn Maze and brought Pumpkins to Queens Galley Soup Kitchen to prepare for cooking to use over the winter December 2010 -Wreath Fundraiser 2009 UPDATES June 29, 2009 - Completed Mediation &Alternative to Violence Training July 10, 2009 - Marched in the Kingston Childrens Day Parade August 10, 2009 - Completed SAFE Talk Suicide Training with Mental Health Association October 4, 2009 - Mentors Took Middle School to KNICKS vs NETS game in Albany October 11, 2009- Training for new Mentors Novemeber 1, 2009 - Mentors brought Middle School to Michael Paul's Corn Maze (where it all started in 2006) Novemeber 15, 2009 -Mentors and middle school picked pumpkins and brought them to Queens Galley Soup Kitchen to prepare them for cooking to be used over the winter for people in need of food
